Enter the EdRev Expo art contest for a chance to win prizes and an opportunity to have your art displayed in the Art Gallery at EdRev Expo 2019 and viewed by the Expo’s 2,000+ attendees. All art entered will be on display!
Entry Deadline: March 31, 2019
Start preparing your submissions now!
This year we would like to ask students and their families to donate their artwork to CHC for sale or other use. It is thanks to generous donors that we are able to provide free attendance for all to EdRev Expo, removing financial barriers to these essential resources. Your gift in support of EdRev will help support the future of EdRev Expo and the 1 in 5! We hope that student artists and their families will also be willing to support EdRev and the 1 in 5 community in this way.
However, if students would prefer to reclaim their art, they may collect their work from the Art Gallery on Level 3 of Oracle Park, San Francisco from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, May 4, 2019. CHC cannot be responsible for returning art that is not collected at this time.
Can contestants submit more than one piece?
Yes. Students are allowed to submit more than one piece if the pieces are in different categories. For example, a student can submit one painting and one poem. However, only one submission is allowed per category.
What age group is the contest for?
Any student 19 or younger is eligible to enter.
Do you accept single entries created by multiple artists?
Yes, we encourage students to collaborate on pieces.
How do I submit my work?
When your piece is ready, fill out the online registration form. You will then receive a confirmation email.
For electronic pieces: Upload your piece to the online submission form as an attachment in MP3, MP4, DOC or PDF format.
For physical pieces: Print out the confirmation email and attach it to your piece. Drop your piece off at CHC in Palo Alto or another designated drop-off point which you will select on the online form. Paper works must be matted or framed for hanging. Please provide packaging so we can transport the piece to AT&T Park without damaging it.
Art must be received by April 12, 2019.
