Take Action for Learning and Attention Issues: Advocacy Toolkit

TakeActionToolkit268Becoming an advocate starts with getting your child help and support. This toolkit is the first of many that Understood is creating to help guide you through that process. It offers a range of actions that you can take to help spread the word about the 1 in 5 and connect people to Understood’s resources.

Download the toolkit for ideas on how to engage and collaborate with other parents in your community to work together.

The toolkit offers:

  • Tips and steps to help you tell your own story
  • Ideas for talking to your child’s teacher
  • Resources to help you spread the word and connect with people
